You may arrive up to two hours before your scheduled event time to decorate and prepare the space. Please note that confetti and glitter are not permitted and may result in a $500 fee. Additional staff assistance with setup may be available for $25 per staff member.

Earlier access to the venue or bridal suite may be available with prior approval from Fairways of Halfmoon management.

We offer a variety of menu options designed to accommodate different styles of celebrations. If you'd like to discuss a specific menu request or combination of dishes, our team can review your options with you.

Yes. Gluten-free meals and meals for other dietary needs are available with advance notice. Special dietary requests must be submitted to your coordinator at least 8 business days before your event. These meals are selected by our chef.

Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the Fairways of Halfmoon property.

We offer group tastings, with dates and times determined by management. Please speak with your wedding coordinator for upcoming tasting opportunities.

To-go containers are not permitted for buffet meals. For plated meals served by our staff, to-go options may be available.

Saturday receptions require a minimum of 125 adult guests. Children and vendors such as DJs, photographers, videographers, and photo booth attendants are not included in the adult guest minimum.

Sunday weddings have a reduced minimum of 80 adult guests. Pricing remains the same for Saturday and Sunday weddings.

The adult guest minimum applies only to adult wedding guests. Vendors and children are not included in this count.

Golf course photos may be available with approval from the Pro Shop Manager or Course Superintendent. Access depends on course activity, weather, and overall conditions. If a tournament is taking place or the course is busy, photos may need to be delayed until the course has cleared.

White folding chairs are provided based on your ceremony guest count. If you'd prefer a different style of chair, you are welcome to arrange an outside rental.

The brewery remains open to the public during private events and does not close for private cocktail hours.

We ask that all personal belongings and decorations be removed from the venue at the conclusion of your event. Fairways of Halfmoon is not responsible for items that are left behind or lost.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please refer to the first paragraph on page 12 of the Wedding Menu for additional details regarding deposits.

Yes. Reception extensions may be available with at least 24 hours' advance notice and are subject to a fee of $700 per additional hour. Please refer to page 11 of the Wedding Menu for additional information.
